Story
This native of Kannur started his YouTube channel ‘Muhammed Akief’ in 2016 with an aim to explore his interest in filmmaking. To pursue his passion, he decided to step into the world of filmmaking with a short film. Fortunately or unfortunately, when it did not come to fruition he decided to rope in his brothers - Sabiq, Arshad and Nihal - and did a comedy sketch on YouTube named ‘What happens when foreigners try to be like Arab’. The video went viral overnight and life had never been the same for him and his brothers.
Within a very short time period, Mohammed Akief was able to establish a name for himself on the internet for his entertaining and funny sketches. With the help of his brothers, who are his fellow actors, he churns out quality content for his millions of subscribers regularly, resulting in his growing popularity and fanbase across social networks.
Him and his family are presently in his native place Kannur, busy making vines and sketches and living the life every budding YouTuber aspires for.
